Digital Art School LUMO

We provide individual online 3D modeling lessons in Blender for children and teenagers aged 7 to 17.

We provide the following services:

Important: Our courses are supplementary education (enrichment programs) and do not replace school education. We do not issue state certificates or diplomas.

Enrollment process: - Parent fills out an application on the website or contacts us - We conduct a free introductory lesson - After the lesson, Parent decides whether to continue - Upon agreement — payment and scheduling Participation requirements: - Child's age: 7-17 years - Computer with Blender installed (free software) - Stable internet connection - Microphone and camera (recommended) - Parental consent and support Parent agrees to: - Provide accurate information about the child - Ensure technical readiness for lessons - Monitor lesson attendance - Promptly inform about rescheduling/cancellation

By enrolling a child, the Parent confirms: - Being the parent or legal guardian of the child - Giving consent for the child's online education - Giving consent for processing child's personal data - Giving consent for video recording of lessons (for review) - Accepting these Terms on behalf of the child - Agreeing to ensure child's compliance with behavior rules Withdrawal of consent: Parent may withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to info@digitalartschool.fun. Withdrawal means termination of training with refund for unused lessons.

Lesson format: - Individual one-on-one lessons with instructor - Platform: Zoom or similar - Duration: 60 minutes - Frequency: 1-2 times per week (by agreement) Lesson recordings: - All lessons are recorded for material review - Recordings are available only to Student and Parent - Recordings are stored until course completion - We do not use recordings for marketing without consent Rescheduling and cancellation: - Lesson cancellation: at least 24 hours in advance - Rescheduling: coordinated with instructor - Cancellation less than 24 hours — lesson is considered completed - Exception: illness (with medical note) or force majeure

Student agrees to: - Be ready for lesson on time - Treat instructor with respect - Not use inappropriate language - Not share personal information in chat - Follow instructor's guidance - Not record or distribute lessons without permission Parent agrees to: - Monitor child's behavior during lessons - Attend lessons if necessary (especially for younger children) - Respond promptly to instructor's communications Consequences of violations: - Warning to Parent - For repeated violations — termination without refund - We reserve the right to refuse continued training

Pricing:

Payment terms: - Payment is made before lessons begin - Monthly payment available - Currency: Israeli Shekel (₪) Refund policy:

Important: Discounts and promotions cannot be combined. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Our materials: All training materials, methodologies, presentations, and lesson recordings are intellectual property of Digital Art School LUMO. Prohibited: - Copying and distributing training materials - Recording and distributing lessons - Using materials for commercial purposes - Sharing access to materials with third parties Student's work: - All work created by Student belongs to Student - We may use works for school portfolio with Parent's consent - When publishing works, Student's name or alias is credited

We are not liable for: - Technical issues on Student's side (internet, computer) - Learning outcomes (each child learns at their own pace) - Use of acquired skills after course completion - Actions of third parties (platforms, providers) We do not guarantee: - Specific learning outcomes - Employment or commercial success - Compatibility with all devices Maximum liability: Limited to amounts paid for Services in the last 3 months.

Our safety commitments: - All instructors undergo background checks - Lessons are conducted only through secure platforms - We do not collect unnecessary data about children - Communication with Student only through Parent - Immediate Parent notification if any concern arises Online safety: - Student should not share personal information - Parent should monitor child's online activity - For any suspicious situations — contact us immediately Reporting concerns: If you notice anything suspicious, please contact us immediately: info@digitalartschool.fun

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. Specifics for children: - We collect minimum data - Children's data has additional protection - Parent may request data deletion - We do not sell data to third parties Lesson recordings: - Stored on secure servers - Available only to Student and Parent - Deleted upon course completion or upon request

Client may terminate training: - At any time with 7 days' notice - With refund for unused lessons - By sending request to info@digitalartschool.fun We may terminate training: - For behavior rule violations - For non-payment - For systematic absences without valid reason - Upon withdrawal of Parent's consent After termination: - Access to recordings and materials ends - Student data is deleted upon request - Financial obligations remain

We may modify these Terms. When making changes: - We update the "Last updated" date - For material changes — we notify Parents by email - We publish changes on this page If you disagree: You must stop using Services. Continuing training after changes means accepting new Terms.

Pre-litigation settlement: Before court proceedings, parties undertake to make good faith efforts to resolve disputes through negotiation.
